Eling Mindfulness

The Eling Mindfulness Program is a meditation experience that is open to the public and is held in the afternoon at Pasraman Bali Eling Spirit. In this program, participants are invited to explore meditation practices together in the calm environment of Pasraman.

Guided by the Yogi Team, participants will be invited to practice meditation techniques that can help them achieve inner peace, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. This program is an opportunity to take time at the end of the day, reflect on yourself, and connect with your inner self.


Program Highlights:

Eling Mindfulness is held every Monday from 6 PM to finish.

  • Yoga mats are provided by Pasraman
  • Participants are required to bring a sarong with a white top
  • This program is open to the public
